The Overeaters Anonymous Bookstore and other pages at OA.org offer:
​
  • Books for purchase such as The 12 Steps and 12 Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous, the daily readers For Today and Voices of Recovery and the 12 Step Workbook.

  • Pamphlets: the Dignity of Choice: Sample Plans of Eating for purchase, and the free downloadable Where do I Start: Everything a Newcomer Needs to Know.

  • A small but growing number of e-books and digital pamphlets for purchase. (Kindle, Apple Books and Nook versions of OA literature can also be found by searching online.) 

  • Free downloadable versions of meeting readings such as the OA Preamble and Our Invitation to You; worksheets such as 12 Stepping a Problem; and many other documents and formats for use in starting and conducting meetings.

  • Literature for healthcare professionals including the Courier newsletter and the pamphlet “When Should I Refer Someone to Overeaters Anonymous”.

  • Lifeline, Stories of Recovery, a blog to share experience, strength, and hope with each other and to attract those who are still suffering from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors and searching for a solution.
