Newcomers

Overeaters Anonymous is here to help all who suffer from problems with food — overeaters, bulimics, anorexics, binge-eaters, and restrictors — find recovery. We welcome everyone at our meetings no matter your size or problem.

Due to the current shelter in place order we are temporarily unable to meet in physical locations. However, there are many meetings taking place through Zoom, a video-conferencing service. You can also dial into these meetings by phone. Our meetings page has complete instructions on how to connect to these meetings. We look forward to connecting with you.

If you have questions about online meetings or want to talk about Overeaters Anonymous please call the OA answering service at 510-923-9491 or 925-274-9491.
